Steven has an awarded real estate history beginning with Rookie of The Year at his brokerage in his first year.

Steven has the most comprehensive license credentials of Residential, Rural & Commercial real estate with a license of Property Management & further still - Real Estate Brokers license in 2018, which is the highest and most complete license available in Alberta.

After his rookie year, Steven went on to immediately achieve the  ‘President’s Gold Award’ (top 10% nationally) for 3 years running, and then the ‘Directors Platinum Award’ for 3 consecutive years (top 3-5% nationally) among the 14,000 Realtors with Royal LePage. He has also been recognized with the ‘Award of Excellence’ from Royal LePage, which is their highest award in recognition of truly exceptional long term sales achievements.

Not only is Steven a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. He has also met the stringent requirements combining knowledge, expertise and sales performance, to grant him membership into the prestigious Guild - where only the top world-wide performers of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing certified members are acknowledged.

Capping off a difficult market in 2018, Steven recorded the 4th highest residential sale for the year across the entire Calgary Real Estate Board (5500 licensed realtors) - receiving the first offer in only 20 days on market, with the deal finally going firm in a remarkably short total of 64 days.

During the Early Parts of The Covid-19 Pandemic...

Steven took the initial market down-time as an opportunity to continue to push forward and create more compelling value for his clients. Purchasing a high-tech drone with a remarkable high-def camera would mean nothing without the proper certification from Transport Canada. So, Steven is officially certified with a Pilot Certification for Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), Visual Line of Sight (VLOS).

Nationally & Globally Recognized...

Steven was honored to be asked to be a guest speaker for the nationwide Sotheby’s International Realty Canada spring meeting event, to speak on his creative application of leading technology.

His ideas and application were so compelling, that Steven was asked to present a speech to the 2021 Global Networking Event in April of 2021. He was the only Canadian real estate agent to be invited as a guest speaker to the world-wide Sotheby’s agent audience spanning 75 countries and over 24,000 agents.

2022 - A Sixth Specialty

Steven welcomed 2022 with his sixth specialty designation - Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a designation awarded after intensive training specifically focused on the needs of buyers who are 50+. It is his belief to offer and continue to pursue excellence for his clients, no matter the price point. Every time.

Further into 2022, Steven achieved the status of Senior Vice President, Sales with Sotheby's International Realty Canada.  

This huge career milestone is a direct result of endless hard work, dedication, and incredible support from friends and clients.

Early in 2024, Steven expanded his drone license/certification with the FAA, allowing him to fly in the US if ever needed.
